Ultimate #EdenExperience Competition Terms and Conditions
- Introduction
1.1. This Ultimate #EdenExperience Competition (“Competition”) is organized and managed by Eden on the Bay (“Organizer”). By entering the Competition, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
- Eligibility
2.1. The Competition is open to all residents of South Africa, aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Organizer, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organization of the Competition.
- Competition Period
3.1. The Competition will run from the date of publication of the Competition post until 11:59 PM (South African Time) on 30 June (“Competition Period”).
- Entry Requirements
4.1. To enter the Competition, participants must:
4.1.1. Take a photo at any of the shops at Eden on the Bay and or at the mall. Show proof of purchase for an extra entry. 4.1.2. Tag the Organizer’s official social media account in the post. 4.1.3. Use the hashtag #EdenExperience in the post.
- Prize
5.1. The prize for the Competition is R10,000 worth of vouchers, valid for use at participating shops and the mall at Eden on the Bay (“Prize”). Each voucher will also have their own expiry date.
5.2. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative will be offered.
- Winner Selection and Notification
6.1. One winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
6.2. The winner will be notified by a direct message on the social media platform they used to enter the Competition within 14 days of the Competition’s closing date.
6.3. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize within 7 days of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the Prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
- Organizer’s Rights
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Competition at any time, without prior notice.
7.2. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Personal Information and Publicity
8.1. By entering the Competition, participants agree that their personal information may be used by the Organizer for the purposes of administering the Competition.
8.2. By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their name, photo, and social media username for promotional purposes related to the Competition, without any additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1. The Competition and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by South African law, and any disputes arising in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
